Yep that's the one. I smashed his face in and threw a grenade through the hole in the wall.
There was only one other instance in the warehouse district (where the gangs are). You smash through the wall to make a shortcut through the building, or you would have to sneak through heaps of patrols. |

will end up preordering this one, very little hate for the game, even on places where everyone hates on everything. not so interested in checking out the leak, enjoying another ex 1 play through at the moment though.

Gah I thought it was out already! Been really busy in the last couple of weeks and haven't jumped on steam or OCAU to double check the date. I missed the huge steam sale too, doh, no biggy though, no time for PC games for a bit and my lappy is preparing itself for retirement hah
I couldn't remember the date but gah it's getting so close. The last few dozen posts are the first I've read on the game since word of it got out however many years ago (aside from keeping an eye on release dates). It's the only series of games I love way too much to ruin with hype and over-anticipation. Dues Ex has been one of the handful of games to truly capture me and draw me in. Few games do that to me so I've more or less avoided the leaks and discussions and news updates because hype ruins games, even for the most die hard fan. DE1 is a masterpiece, and as much as DE2 got a bashing, the story was still compelling enough to get me past the issues the game had. The second time I played it through I managed to get quite a stable copy running and I think it only crashed twice the whole length of the game, compared to almost every 30min on the dot last time ![]() The only other games to wholly immerse me have been Morrowind, FF7 and Zelda: OoT. Actually I'll have to add Mass Effect to the list too - need to htfu and play ME2 because I'm mightily pumped for the final installment of that too! Quietly confident, don't want to jinx it
