Unhappy sound issues

hey guys i have a problem with my sound. when im like playing games ore listining to music or basicly anything that uses sound on my computer it turns itself off. im using inbuilt sound car into my MB and it uses realtek softwere. when it mutes its in the mixer tab on the "wave" setting. this problem only started up recently for no reason. i did not put any new hardwere or softwere.
can you please help me because this really sucks!!!

One of your apps is set to mute & is disabling wave out.

Uninstall & re-install the latest Realtek HDA or AC97 drivers from their site, if you haven't done so already.
