Xbox 360 Pro for $312.95

Hi everyone,

Ive had a quick glance through the couple of Xbox 360 threads, although hopefully this hasnt been posted.

GAME in NSW has a deal whereby you trade in a PS2 console with 10 games (there are some games excluded) and you get a Xbox 360 Pro console for $99.

What I did was went to EB and buy a used PS2 for $89. Then picked up 10 of the cheapest games I could find ($17.85) - buy two get one free.

Then went to game and trade it all in for a Xbox 360. I owned a PS2 for a total of about 10 minutes

Total cost for the Xbox 360 console was $99 + $213.95 = $312.95!

Deal ends 24th December!

This offer seems to be for NSW stores only? You could try a QLD store or EB to see if they'll match it. People on Whirlpool are saying GAME at Toombul are doing the deal.

Just a heads up some GAME stores will also accept an xbox + 10 games for the same $100 dollar deal. In my case I called the Broadway GAME, checked if an xbox and a mix of ps2 and xbox games were ok, then carted that heavy fucker in for a non-falcon but HDMI 360.

is it the console pack alone or do you get the xmas bundle with forza and viva?

 

My brother got this same deal, his came with Forza and Viva.

Called up the Knox store and they said they can't match it. Anyone know if any of the melbourne stores will match it?

just called Game in Epping Vic and they said its ps2 + 10 games + $299 for the xbox is there any store in VIc that can match it?

I just did this at Game Broadway (nsw), great deal.

One thing though. Make sure when you buy the ps2 games that they have the manuals with them, game wont accept them for trade if they dont.
