Default IrfanView Raw file processing - help needed

I've just downloaded IrfanView 4.10 and the associated plug-ins, because it now supports Olympus Raw Format files.

Problem, when I "Open As/Raw File" I get my .ORF files shown and I can import them. I get a Raw File Processing window and when I close that the image is very small and almost random pixels.

Obviously I'm doing summat wrong. Can anyone help?

Ok, I've solved the problem

Dump IrfanView and use Faststone Image Viewer which handles ORF files natively and has all the batch processing I need.
