well heres another option

and maybe some directional antennas if required. its more pricey than the DSE ones, but its designed for the job.

Yea, I was looking at those. Pretty much what we are after, except one thing.
Is there a receiver that can output two channels at once? It will probably be 2 storeys up, so manually switching will be a little difficult....
