Default Bios Reset on Samsung SENS Q35

Can anybody help me reset the bios (password protected) on the SAMSUNG SENS Q35.
Its for sale in a second hand store really really cheap.

It's a security feature. Call Samsung. After they verify it's not stolen they might be able to help you.

I have no problem calling Samsung, but thats a strange Security Feature!!
