Acer don't have the best reputation.... being on a limited budget I was perhaps considering a 15" Acer with 8600GT, can't remember model number, but found Dell Vostro 1500 instead. Have you looked around?

Yeah I have looked around a little bit and for the price and specs for this laptop I think its good, plus my dad has the 5634WLMi model and its not a bad laptop however I want a 17'' inch version and I like the look of this particilar model (seen the 5920G at Dick Smith, though its an 15" version and has a Intel Graphics card, and I want to do gaming on this laptop however nothing like so I can run every setting cranked, just has long has I can play the game etc etc and the 7720G has an Nvidia 8400M Card in it).

Don't bother with a acer, you will end up buying a new laptop 12 months later anyway.
