Cheapest Xbox 360 - Page 57

no idea, where the actual cheapest is, i bought an xbox a month ago for 200 bucks from ebay, brand new arcade.

i found that all the shops are pretty cheap, if i were to go to anyone, i would get quotes and then go to Myer and ask them to beat the price.

Done a bit of digging and it seems the best deal atm going is from EB Games?

The Pro console (60Gb) with 4 free games - Gears of War 1 & 2, Forza 2, and Halo 3 for $457

Anyone know of a better deal? Otherwise ill be picking this up soon..something tells me that i dont want to buy from EB Games though

theres a big toy sale on atm ... every shop is selling toys and wii games cheap .. didnt have a look at xbox stuff though.

Keep in mind that you can pretty easily find Forza2 on the net for ~$10, and in the target (or was it kmart?) special at the moment you can get Halo 3 and 12 months XBL sub for $99. If you want XBL sub, and you can find another deal with a similar number of games, but different ones, I'd take that into consideration

I don't know of a better deal than that though.

Edit: Checked the store I knew which for a while was doing Forza2/Viva Pinata for ~$10 and the site has no mention of it anymore, doesn't even say out of stock.

I've been checking that site a couple of times a week, since I'm tempted to get a 360 too... To be honest though, that EB deal that you mentioned is probably the best one I've seen so far.

Bundle deals get posted there all the time, but most of them have at least 1 filler game.

Interesting to note is from that link, it appears that Big W are selling the 360 wireless network adaptor for $98 until July 15..rrp is $140 most places ive seen.

Just picked up the HN deal, pretty good value IMHO , Its only the console that has 256mb memory and no HDD nut i dont need that anyways as im using it as a media streaming player

Good deal the HN one. Only problem is that my Local HN Balgowlah Sydney has about 10 Jasper Arcade packs in stock (lot 841x 12.1a).

Like most HN they have limited stock of the bonus games packs. So if they run out they will just put the unavailable games you are after on back order. Which mean you have to make a second trip when they come back in stock. But at least you know your getting the latest Jasper revision which is still hard to find.

I am thinking of getting one. Don't want the old Falcon. As the last one I had only lasted one year before it stopped working properly.

Looking around, the only pack going atm for the Pro version is the bundled one with Gears of War 1 & 2.

JB are selling it with fight night 4 for $449

I got one from EB which had forza 2 and halo 3 inlcuded for $457

No good Elite packs are around atm (unless u like kungfu panda or lego starwars)
