Not exactly, Modulation effects (Delay, Chorus, Reverb etc) work best between the preamp and the power amp (Effects loop). Unless you are overdriving the amp Via a pedal, then its ok. But i still think its better to do it after the preamp. It sounds nicer if its changing the "Finished" Sound, Not sending it to be "coloured" already with effects on it. Because Eq's etc should be before Modulation effects and well the preamp has a 3Band Eq in it

On another note, I finished building my first set of pickups. My mums maiden name is Defazio, and my initials are AH. SO i call it the Defazio AH-1.

Doesn't sound like a dimarzio/SD SH-1 name rip off at all!

EDIT: Ill get a video of them in action up in May, as our internet is capped out at 64kb/s. Clearly i didn't take advantage of Warcom's amazing ISP deals. I could have used the rebate to BUY new pickups AND have enough bandwidth left to upload a video of them!
Ok, i admit that wasn't even funny.

*shrug* the pic works for me here... It's the same as the one at the bottom of the arrival OP, with the Kramer.

Reverb and delay are not modulation effects.

EDIT: apparently neither is Chorus

For the trifecta, nor is chorus.

Chorus, flanger, phaser, delay, reverb - all time based.

Except for phaser, which at last is modulation. Phase modulation in this case.

Chorus is just a quick, modulated variable delay though, but not quite as quick as a flanger.

is anyone interested in an EMG-81 bridge pick-up, with full wiring kit? the kit has never been used, all brand new.

pulled it out of my Jackson RR24 V, was only used for about 3-4 months. im not too sure what it would be worth, im guessing $80 or so would be right but i will cosider all offers.

Had a bit of an impulse buy today, but I had been looking around for a hardtail strat/superstrat so it made sense.

Cort KX Custom, Korean made, 24 frets, Seymour Duncans (JB & 59) with coil tap, locking tuners etc. Has a nice feel to it too, much more comfortable to play (especially sitting down) than my EC-400AT. The shop had it stickered 50% off RRP, which made it just under $700, so it was kind of hard to resist.
