Help needed on new setup

Just built new rig.

Asus P5E3 deluxe WiFi-AP @n, QX9650 extreme Quad, 2gig CORSAIR TwinX3 DHX 1gig x 2 (2 Gig) DDR3 CM3X-1333C9DHX 1333mhz, Albatron 8800GTS, 2 x74 gig raptors in raid0. PSU is Thermaltake Toughpower 850w. Win XP pro OS.

So far everything works great but one problem. Machine boots normal until it gets to the black Windows screen with blue load bar then instead of booting into windows the LCD goes blank and sits there for about 2-3 minutes. The HHD led is permantly on during this time and the mouse pointer appears and it goes to the "welcome to windows" screen and finishes booting normally.

Machine does not appear to have any other error happening and will operate normally for hours.

Any ideas
