Default Need recipe with lots of butter (~500g)

Ok so i'm looking for a recipe that requires a lot of butter (around 500g).
All recipes i've found for brownies and such are about 100-200g's at most.

Desert recipes would be better, but am open to anything!

We got a bownie mix and just 'upped' the butter content and triend to match it with a bit of extra choc, etc.... Was quite a disaster in the cullinary sense.

I'm looking for a recipe that contains a large amount of butter, and won't make 4-5 trays of brownies.

Savoury: Hollandaise sauce
Sweet: Shortbread biscuits

Both require LOTS of butter

Chocolate is good for hiding tastes.

Tomato Soup also can handle a large amount of butter mixed into it.

lol, why do you need to use so much? Accidentally made a weak batch?

Biscuits and slices are pretty much the ultimate delivery method for this type of thing. A green butter chicken could be interesting, though. Anywho, up the butter content a little of some cupcakes, then top them off with some buttercream icing? Do the same with some sort of cake and top it off with a butter sauce? Wouldn't need to mess with the proportions of this cake, but apparently it's quite large. I bet it would work well though, mmmm.

If you have some left over, a friend of mine used to enjoy a healthy thick spread of it on his toast each morning to help him through the day.

edit: I don't think this forum is really for recipe requests, either.

1 Mixer
Add Butter
Add Sugar
Mix
Eat

butter and sugar is what death tastes like. And death tastes good!

Failing that make croissants or even puff pastry.

Hollandaise Sauce..

In a pot.. melt 500g of butter on a medium heat

In a bowl.. over another pot of water place..

1 tablespoons of White Vinigar
2 tablespoons of Water
6 Egg Yolks..

Whisk Slowly/Mediumish over the pot of water until you leave a clear trail. Remove from heat..

With melted butter remove the top white layer from the pot, slowly add butter to egg yolks keep whisking..

Once all of the butter is added, cut half and lemon and squeeze..

Done..

Yummy!
