New Year I bet, mine is still being processed in Melbourne because all the warehouse workers have knocked off for Christmas.

Does anyone know what the vesa mounting size is for this monitor?
It doesn't say on the Dell site.

Just for the record mine was ordered on the 18th, shipped from factory on the 19th and has not been updated since. Limbo. Christmas Limbo.
The website is still saying it will arrive on the 29th.

The site is outdated, mine just arrived about 15 minutes ago. One stuck pixel but I'm going to let it slide because you really have to look for it.

My 20" BenQ is dwarfed.

was thinking of getting one of these, what coupons are there for it currently? and from what i'm reading a sale just ended for it?

is it most likely they will have another sale in January sometime?

Cause at its current price ($950 i think) its just a bit to much.

I gotta say, it's one of the best monitors i've had. Very user friendly, great tilt stand and its huge!! Got it for $720 bout a month ago

Got a 2709W today. Bright red pixel. Back she goes. Anyone had any luck getting a NEW monitor to replace their faulty NEW monitor from Dell? Or am I stuck with a refurb? If so, I'll just return it for a refund. Not getting someone's reject A00 instead of my A02. Fark that.

Mine arrived today as well. got 2 dead pixels.. then I apply pixel massage trick and fixed both of them..

Im getting a monitor calibrator for my 2709w (a02). It will be the X-Rite Eye One Display, from reading i found that it will best accurately calibrate the wide gamut of the 2709.
I will upload my colour profile file for you guys once i receive the eyeone.

Hehe... yeah it'd be awesome if it did. We'll see how things go though. I was at chadstone yesterday and realised that the dell stand there near the lower food court had a 2709W on display, so I had a quick look. Can definitely say i'm looking forward to it

Hmm, just realised that although the delivery date is today, the contact number I put down was my work landline with mobile as secondary phone - do they not deliver if the phone isn't answered or do they just attempt delivery anyway? I'm hoping the latter :P
