is there a problem if the 12.5volt line is actually less than 12.5?
i think its around 12.3/4 is this a problem? 3 and 7 volt lines are getting over what they require.. i hope someone knows what im talking about cos its late..and i was just wondering

welcome to the world of electronic components my friend.
there's no such thing as a perfect voltage, ampage or wattage. (considering they're all related). having a voltage somewhere in your system being out by +/- 10% is quite standard. if your 12.5 rail was down in the 11's, then there might be cause for alarm, but otherwise what you are seeing is pretty normal.

my old p2 350 with a gigabyte mainboard only runs 11.92v on the 12v line, works fine, any reason for the low voltage?
