Hoping people can handle natural healthy stuff :P
Been hooked on these lately, a good replacement for a mid morning snack or if you're still hungry. You need: 1 Blender 1 Banana 1 cup of milk 3 - 4 Ice cubes, preferably crushed (my fridge does that for me )Chuck it all in a blender and give it a few minutes, or at least until you don't hear the grinding noise from the ice. If you want to have one in the afternoon half half a banana so there are less carbs consumed before sleeping, and add a dash of Vanilla to compensate. Or do this if you want to use it more like a meal replacement for losing a few extra kilos. |

+ some vanilla protein powder for meal replacement, or if your not worried about weight loss add some honey and ice cream or youghurt.
Good call though, i usually dont like the taste of banana's but these go down awesome. |

I normally make mine with a scoop of icecream instead of ice.
I had a banana smoothie in thailand that was pretty much blended banana with a dash of milk added. Could hardly suck it through a straw... Soo goood!
