So I joined the SM racelast night, Our mate Tim F was in and what a chatter box, on formation lap he asks if he can pull over and let everyone past as he did not want to do a rollling start. GOLD. Anyhow my race lasted all of two laps until some spinning car went up the track and then slid back down as he did not know which peddle is his brake peddle.

What better way to spend a public holiday than to paint an MX-5. This is what I have got so far.

What's the ping in iracing for everyone else?

I get about 37 ping to Aus, 150 ping to US and 300 ping to Europe.

So far I haven't had any issues with lag on my side. The ping bar at most is in the orange and the quality (which I hear is the main thing to look at) is always not even enough to make the bar or at most a very small amount of green.

It seems to be just one or two cars blinking out in a race for me and I think that would be bad ping for them, not me. Maybe they forgot to stop downloading something.

Nice MX5 Krusty but I think it needs an orange stripe like Nicks V8.

I'm pretty sure that's what it used to be for me.

I didn't think it mattered for me either, until I joined a Free Practice session on a US server and everything seems out of sorts. (Optus needs to lift it's game, might have to find another ISP)

That's a very fancy MX5 paint! Krusty, everytime you show a new paint, they're always on the up.

We should get Agg to highlight them on the front page and get some new eye-balls in to this thread.

(Also, I went to bed early then got up to watch the F1, then back to bed, You bloody beauty, great race. Now for the SMs in 15min).

Just under a month left on my sub.

Think that is game/set/match for me.

Just not enjoying the V8's anymore. Think i'm one of only a very small number that preferred it on the OTM
