Default socket 775 cpu temp

hi guys
i got a celly 2.8 775 here i just put on a new mobo
its 75dec on a clod start. cpu warning starts @ 90, is this ok?
must admit, my brother stuffed 1 of the heatsink lugs pulling it off the old board
seems to be on tight though.
maybe a nut and bolt through its the go?

Waaay to hot for a Cele D, or any CPU for that matter.
Ask around and see if someone will give you a new heatsink or bolt it down as you say. Either way it's no good the way it is.
