HD2400 better image quality for videos.

nah I don't want to spend much money on this comp. I'll be using my main PC most of the time. Just wanted a cheap upgrade. I'll try to get the cheapest option. Thanks DM for that ranking. I'll look for the 2400PRO, although I saw a review at madshrimps that said the 8400GS was quicker in games?

Up and down really, sometimes its a bit faster than the 2400PRO, sometimes its ain't. This is just based on what reviews i've checked out I'd probably grab the 8400GS if i was buying one...an 8600GT would be a nice card if you can get one for cheap or even on the forum.

And then you add in the HD3450.. which I think is slightly better again.

hehe it never ends, but it comes down to how much the user wants to spend...but it looks like he's figured out the two cards he wants.

also, it needs to be a half height card. I think only the HD2400 PRO and the 8400GS are.

I noticed in ITestates special section they're selling the nvidia GS and 2400PRO cards you're talking about for $15, or apparently it says so. when you click the item link it says around 35 bucks, might have to contact them.
