I'm lolling a bit about you guys creating this thread when so many people missed out but on topic....

is anyone selling iphone screen protectors yet? I figured you could try the ipod touch ones but they might cover the top speaker? or cases?

Got a 16G today at Optus.
Its 4 hours later and im still on no service

They had Screen Protectors (Optus World Store, Southland, Melbourne)

i called optus as i got a prepaid one (so i can unlock it)

Get yourself an invisible shield. Google it, had one on my touch and it was good. Comes from the US.

5hr later and i have my new iphone 16gb still waiting for my new 3g sim card to be activated (optus)

anyone else getting this weird msg?

"your sim sent a text message" ?????? heard a few people and in the store saying they where getting the same msg

Happened to me a lot man.

Called the place I got it, he told me to throw my old sim in there and roll with that. Worked fine.

(Optus prepaid customer upgrading to a cap)

So with the old Sim will i have 3g speeds ?

I got this same message as well. What's it about? It asked me to Confim/Cancel..I chose cancel :-S

Anyone know of any SSH clients from the app store? Only thing I've downloaded so far is the facebook app and super monkey ball (which I'm horrible at)..

About ~6 times before i changed the sim.

Once after.

And yeah it seems everything is all good, it will only accept 3g sims I believe.

Just power-cycled and it came up trumps.

hot tip , dont try using any program other then itunes for loading your music onto it , youll need a mac to reboot it
