Do you use the 100mm Macro as a walk about too ?

It's a great portrait lens.

Quakedude, maybe try the Enfuse HDR plugin for Lightroom? Looks like fill light and clarity tool have screwed the edges like Xhanatos said.

It certainly is a good portrait lens, but my walk around is the 50 f1.4 In fact I only have 3 lens ATM 50, 100, and the 200mm primes, but would like to have the 14mm f2.8 one day, but while I’m saving for it I might pick up the ef-s 18-55 3.5-5.6 IS, had a play with one the other day and was quite impressed, certainly the optical performance out ways it cheapness of build!

Thanks guys, will have a look tonight when I get home. I used one of the subtler pop color preset, didn't realise about the funky edges until after I'd gotten in to work
