Ah, thanks for the update. I see where you're going with it now.

Looking good so far! Also, I noticed you put some webs on your workshop monitor. How long've they been there? I guess with the huge desktop area you can sacrifice the corners a bit?

I have used this several times myself too expensive but has same qualities as any other body filler i have used, trick is (as with all body fillers) is to start working on it before it fully sets. Personally I buy the flavor SuperChaeap auto sell get 2-3 times the quantity for same price you buy a lil 'tub' of Plasti-Bond for at Bunnings.

Looking forward to next installment Mr D :-)

ah yup hehe... corse sandpaper is the shot if its set or a rasp type file if its on a flat surface, round coarse file (like used in woodwork im talkin bout) are also useful if your in need of taking off alot of bog ... I tend to mix my fillers 'hot' they set in under 5 minutes so im working them within a couple of minutes of applying, wouldn't recommend trying it till your had a lil practice suffice to say if your waiting more than 15 minutes for it to go off your waiting too long imo.

Best of luck anywayz buddy :-)
