Default ASUS P5V800-MX Issue

Hey guys, just went to turn on my pc and it is playing the [1 long, 2 short] bios beep code corresponding to " An error was encountered in the video BIOS ROM, or a horizontal retrace failure has been encountered", now I dont know what the hell this means, I get no display on the monitor just these beeps, tried plugging in a agp video card to no avail. Wondering if anyone knows any fix for this?
