Default Cold boot yet again.

I have an Asus P3V4X board and last night experienced what I think was the cold boot problem.I turned my machine on it did the usual bios beep then didley squat.I turned it off at the switch turned it on again and bingo it booted up normally.I then turned it on and off several times and again no problem.Today I have tried it three times and again no probs. The reason for my post is that I have a Geforce 3 installed and not a GTS so is this going to be a fault with the new card as well.I cannot see power being a problem although I have two h/drives and two cdrom drives installed as I have a 300watt psu and once into windows its as stable as a rock.I am running the 1005 bios and a slot 1 P3 1gig.
