Default REALLY cheap laptops

Hi guys,

Im just wondering whether or not it would be possible to buy really cheap laptops with the following features:

- Able to run IE/firefox
- 56k modem
- Preferrably $200-300 up to maximum of $500

Any ideas?
Doesn't matter how cruddy the laptop is as long as it can do the above and I can buy several of them if necessary

Thanks in advance!!

Yes, you can do it, there are a fair few out. You could even get an eeePC for under $400 or 300 (although i have no idea if these have 56k).

Acer have a few from memory that are like $549 with 100 cashback, too.
