Wondering whether an older "Mobility Radeon 9600 Pro Turbo 128mb" , specs Here, or a newer integrated solution, such as the x3100, specs here, will perform better at gaming?
I know they both arent "gaming" cards, especially not the x3100, but wondering if its worth looking at an older notebook for its (minor) gaming abilities, with the same price tag as a newer laptop that has the x3100? Any ideas?

#110 vs #123 - not a lot of difference IMO Would you be playing older games at all, as it won't really run any of the newer ones, and what specs of the laptop you are considering with these in it? x3100 might get you 2gb ram and core2duo, the 9600 might have you on a shitty CPU and a mobo that can't take more than 1gb...
