Question Internet Sharing

Im going to share my cable connection between my 2 PCs. Can i just connect them by linking NIC->NIC without hub? Will i need special cable? I was told that i need cross-over cable, will normal cable do?

Thanks

Yes, unfortunately you will need a specific cable. What you need is a CROSS-OVER cable, which is different to the normal cables. It only costs a few more dollars.
