Default Missing Drivers

I was re-installing Vista and putting some more RAM in my mothers Toshiba Satellite M50 (the part number is PSM51A-01L00K). And I've got it all up and running well, with all the programs she wants to use installed along with almost all the drivers installed but I can't find two of them. In device manager they come under the "Other" heading as:

Mass Storage Controller
Unknown Device

Both of them have a yellow exclamation mark next to them and I can't figure out what they are exactly or where to find the drivers for them. I've looked through both the Toshiba US and AU sites but still can't figure out what they do or where the drivers are.
