Default PSU reccomendation for HTPC

I'm building up a new HTPC and i'm stuck on what PSU to get. The Psile case is a non-standard size, so I don't have heaps of options for PSU's. From what I can tell there is 2 that fit the bill - Nexus PSB-1000 (with power adapter) or the picoPSU-120. The Nexus PSU is 150w and the picoPSU is 120w. Would either of these be enough to power the system (below), or should I be looking elsewhere at other options? And what might these other options be?

Components:

Cooling:
  • Stock Intel cooler from Q9450
  • Stock Nexus Psile case fan
