Default nVidia 9650M GT vs 9300GT (AU$450 dif)

Anyhow, I'm tossing up between a Asus N50vn ($2550 from rrp $2798) and a N50vc ($2100 from rrp $2350ish)

Both are Intel T9400 at 2.5ghz w/ 4gb ram, 15.4", 500gb HD, BR disk, Vista Ultimate, and a few throw ins like a 2mp web cam, and a tv tuner etc (Also, warranty is extremely good - 2 years intl - useful since Ill be in Canada for 12 months)

Difference is the Video Card,

nVidia Geforce 9650M GT 1GB Dedicated VRAM
VS
nVidia Geforce 9300M GS 512mb Dedicated VRAM

Unfortunately, I don't have COD5 yet - so I dont know what the resource drain is like

Long story short - Is the Better GPU worth $450?
