we had an issue where it would not back up via BE and yes the support was horrible to the point where we got an aussie support person on the line .... fixed in literally 5min! no offence to their indian/pakistan support or where ever they are but all they do ask colect logs

currently using emailxtender and upgrading to sourceone atm for exchange 2010 roll out.

good products for what i have seen and tested

Question to any one applicable

Does your email archiving software allow you not to Journal Certain attachment types such as .Mp3?

Does your email archiving software allow you to run a task and go through the email archive storage and delete attachments types such as .mp3?
