Default Any 965 mobo will accept T9300?

Got a noob question here, my 965 chipset mobo that's currently have a T7500 on it, will it accept T9300?

you'll get more help if you give more information, like: manufacturer and model.

In general, Penryn CPUs *should* work so long as it is the same socket and the manufacturer has a BIOS with support for it. But without additional info no one could be specific for your case.
