Question advise on laptops please

hi guys just after some advise on laptops

well then it will be used for online work like email's,banking and office work like spreadsheets and accounting as it is for a small business.

i know that vista needs 2Gbs of ram for the pc is this the same for laptops?

what should i be looking for as in system information ?

should i buy online or go to a shop?

i am looking at something that is fast too,so basically value for money is something i'm after.

If you are still looking, what budget do you have ?

Yes, vista needs 2Gbs of ram, laptop or desktop makes no difference !
