drink plenty of water during the 'session', and about a litre before hitting the sack..sleep in till ~10, 2 x berocca, 600ml of water over 15mins or so for the next couple of hrs, maybe a poweraide or similar as well.. cold shower and a burger, bumming around in the cool for most of the day..
or sometimes i'll go and bust my arse in the heat till im rooted then cold shower and lazing for the arvo..

best effort was up at five, driving 4hrs, paintball 10am till 4pm, drinking from 7pm till 5am the next morning (14 dbl black and at least 6 schooners of JSAA), krispy kream at 5.30am.. checkout by 10am, on the road home at 2... that weekend was brought to you by sleep deprivation, muscle pain and alcohol.. nevah.. a ... gain....

Bacon & eggs fo brecky....

I have never experienced a hangover though, so am assuming this is the reason?

But yeah before you go to bed, Drink lots and lots of water, have powerade or other type of high hydration drink on hand.

Or maybe you don't drink enough.

You live in Hahndorf, being German I find that place so embarrassing.

1)get home
2)eat some cake or biscuts
3)drink 3-4 glasses of water
4) head to sleep before the water makes you feel bad
5)wake up take a shit and piss
6)EAT NACHOS IN POOL

always works big new year - 1.2l Southern comfort, 3 absinth, couple vodkas and a few bailey's and regrettably an evo. felt bit iffy around 8 when i woke but by 11 was 100% and ended up going gym feeling just as normal. worked two nights back. main part is food and water before you sleep.

feeling very second hand today. i dont drink often anymore so we went and had a $8 steak at the hotel mosman last night then hit the rsl down the road. lolled at death threats to one of the staff members at the rsl... she was lolling too.

only had ~6 beers, ~4 scotch and cokes and i was out. got maccas on the way home, woke up today at about 8am and been drinking juice and cordial since.

half a dozen hash browns in the oven though

Water before bed, then wake up 3 hours later have a piss and drink more water and then go back to sleep. You wake up feeling as fresh as a hangover will allow.

There's no such thing as a hangover if you get 8 hours sleep. Note: when I was young this was true for 4 hours sleep.

Water. Painkillers. Multivitamins. Cold shower. Junk food. Avoid speaking to relatives.

Not a lot actually. I had a 'big' night last night and I have a slight headache and nothing else.
Indeed.
I looked at what OP had to drink and thought "where's the rest?"
Sometimes I miss being young, nice reminder of some of the advantages of being an old fart.

yeah i agree with this

what gets me is just the lack of sleep from the night

for instance the other night i was pretty freakin wasted but ended up asleep at just past midnight and i was 100% sweet in the morning

when I get home from a big night of drinking the first thing I do is drink a lot of water, and then crash in my bed.

When I wake up I do the following:

-Piss
-Make ICE COLD Tang orange juice
-Pop A berocca in the juice
-Take two panadol tablets and pop that
-Drink the juice untill finished while in bed watching vids haha

Cheeseburgers.

Usually I wait until maccas goes back to the normal menu at 10.30 (tough when you get home at like 4am lol), then go and get a cheeseburger meal with 1 or 2 extra cheeseburgers

Yummo.

That's only when i'm partially hungover (nowadays I've trained my drunk self to start drinking water well before I go to bed, that helps reduce 80% of the pain). When i'm really really really really, ridiculously hungover, I just sorta lay there and die with a powerade in hand
