Default When? 10", touchscreen, 3G, 4hrs+ battery, netbook?

Guys,

I have been hanging out for a good year now for one of the netbook manufacturers to start integrating 3G wireless into their netbooks as well as a basic touchscreen (so i can at least open and use web without keyboard if i'm on train and being lazy).

What i am looking for is:

* 9-10" screen
* Touchscreen (or ideally tablet fippy screen or multitouch)
* 3G wireless broadband inbuilt
* 4+ hrs battery life...

I have noticed that Vidafone now have a bundle that looks quite attractive with a netbook that has 3G wireless built in, but no touchscreen and only a 3hr battery life.

When do you guys think that we will start seeing netbooks with these specs or should i give up hope for the next 12 months?

Cheers!

A member of this forum upgraded his netbook to a 12,000mah battery. 4 hours would be the minimum with that thing!

3G mods are easy, unlikely to see it out of a factory thought licensed to Intel, they are usually OEM licensed...Touchscreen? ew, why?

Because touching is good.

Many people have been able to install touch panels on Eee PCs, so if you're comfortable with modding that might be a good route to go down.

eeepc 900ha running xp i already get 4.5 hrs battery run time. Touch screen has to be installed, but i dont think we will see a netbook out with it pre installed for a long time yet.

Remember when microsoft did a "ok we'll let you use win xp on your netbooks if you obey our rules"?

One of those limiting things was 1gig of ram.

Another thing, was that touch panels did not come with them.... That may be why they are not doing it.

Asus were about to make a 901 with it, but backed away eventually... some think its because of the microsoft thing.
