Arrow Is this a hardware or software problem?

The "@" logo does not work on my netbook keypad. Number 2 on the same key works but when i press shift + 2, @ never shows. It's a little bug but it's annoying when you can't type email addresses.

Sounds very much a software/BIOS problem; see if a BIOS update exists for your netbook. Also check there isn't a "Fn lock" key or something you have to enable.
