Default NEC Computers Tech Support number?

Does anyone know what the NEC Computers tech support number is? I've tried the numbers on the website and they don't work. I've also tried 02 9313 0055 which was given by one of the NEC Tech support guys in an email and the damn thing doesn't connect...

My notebook is busted and warranty runs out in a month anyways the notebook no longer turns on. When I plug the power adaptor in the green light on the adapter flashes. The adaptor works fine tried it on another notebook. Anyone have any ideas on what is wrong with it? cheers

Cheers power, but i've tried the Sydney support number. It says welcome to NEC Computers you will connected shortly then promptly dies in the arse after ringing for 20 minutes.

I know Computer Alliance are an NEC service agent in Brisbane - perhaps calling them (i know it's interstate) may give you the help you need, or indeed a different number to try.

NEC has closed their consumer division in Australia as of 1st March 2009, so there may be no-one to take your call...

Try the numbers here: http://www.nec.com.au/contactus/stateoffices.htm
