Right, i have a few forums which i do a bit of trading on where the notification emails just dont work, hence what im after is a program which will sit there and check urls (doesnt just have to be forums) repeatedly, say 3hrly and notify me when they are updated.
Anyone know of something to do that? I was just going to write it up in bash but if there is something out there then that makes my life much easier.
