Default Problems with Intel D945GCLF2

I'm rebuilding my Windows Home Server using an Intel D945GCLF2. It seems like a cool little board, but for some reason, the drive I intend to use for my system files (200GB WD Caviar SE IDE) won't allow the board to POST - it just hangs on startup.

When I try other IDE or SATA drives it starts fine. I've reformatted the offending drive, which was running fine on the previous server mobo and works fine in my desktop.

Any ideas what could be causing this (and how to fix it)?
