Default Linux Remote Control

Is there a program that i can use to remotely control a Linux PC from a Windows PC? Such as that of a RDC connection.

I use RealVNC. You have to set up your Linux PC to allow a VNC connection.

Putty is great if you know how to work the console. For gui control vnc is the way to go
