I used Paypal. I wasn't referring to the res, it's just not that great. There are a lot of free games that are much better!

Is their a quicker way to download off Gamersgate?

Trying to use their downloader, it downloads at a miserable 30-40kb/s it should be around 150-170.

7 Hours to download a 1 gb game. Not that fun...

yeah thats one massive side effect of gamersgate... its too friggin slow

I get 360-380KB/s from Steam (using Internode servers) and 70KB/s from GamersGate. What's worse is that if I leave a GG download going overnight (using my off-peek allowance), inevitably I'll find that it stopped 10 minutes after I left it.

I've spent 3 DAYS trying to download one 7.7GB game.

So if a game is the same price on Steam and GG, I'll pick Steam. However, most of the time, GG is half the price of Steam.

BTW No Daily Deal today from GG.

Doubt it. Didn't happen with Trine when I got that cheap due to a Steam price screw up.
