Hard Copy always over Download (if you can wait the few days delivery), there's no real benefit for download (except the price, which in this case isn't much +your wanting to buy an average game anyway)

Amazon Downloads are having a $10 sale on NFS Shift 1/2 + Hot Pursuit.

Personally I would only buy these for the multiplayer but I doubt it's active? Anyone know?
