Default New corsair case: Obsidian 800D

http://www.corsair.com/products/800d/default.aspx

This could be the best case i have ever seen. Sure i've seen prettier ones(every mac hateBois secret fetish, powermac G5), but this one is huge, feature packed, more cable management than you can shake a stick at, no doofy door on the front and gorgeous black internals.

Only thing i don't like is it's a bit boxy, and the angled window doesn't do it for me.

It looks just ok I guess. I do like the idea of an isolated area for the psu.

clean lines yes.... enough sexy smooth lines no... the hot swapable bays are an interesting addition love all the cable management holes.. i won't be upgrading my case to this for awhile but if i was building a system and this was a decent price I'd ceretainly look at it

Theres heaps of cool features in there

Hole\flap behind the motherboard to help with bolt-though coolers
Heaps a holes in the motherboard tray for cable management (with nice rubber protection)
looks like there is room for a 360 rad at the top
The drives being accessed though the front (nice a quick access)

the weird thing though is the window shows the lower compartment which means you cant hide any cables from the PSU down there, byt maybe it just me who does that

The only other thing i would be worried about is the weight, being that its all steel

If I wasnt such a lian-li fanatic, this definitely would be on the top of my list.

Love the detachable back plate behind mobo, very handy for people who constantly change CPUs

Do want.

Like, read some reviews, and if the build quality is anything comparable to Lian Li (with a price uncomparable!) this thing will be mine so hard it's not funny.

Sadly I doubt it'll be under $350... even $300.

I like the internal design, heaps of holes for cables etc etc...but i can't see it being cheap and pending the cost, i'd probably just go for a Lian-Li.

looks better than my lian-li, though i think this is going to be targetted at a higher price point.

like the cable management, color scheme (all black is great), top fan setup.

dont like the hard drive bays (not my thing), the window (showing the PSU, but not the cpu/top fans (or radiator) area fully - who wants that?!), and the fan setup for the hardrives, where is it getting the air from that with that side intake?
edit: my main problem with the hdd bays is the way it looks from the front. while i think its nicer looking than most cases (antec, nzxt and thermaltake in particular, and some of the silverstone cases..), its just not quite right..

id be keen on the revision 2 or 3 of this case, in my next build.

really like the all black design and especially the cable holes as they have that rubber stuff and it helps to not show the cables on the back of the mobo tray
but the front of the case is too plain
i only like the internals of the case
more case manufacturers should pick up on that cable hole rubber stuff
