Battlefield 1942 = full of c4 whores and fucktards smashing their jeep into a plane on the tarmac that was being piloted by one of their team in order to make the plane crash (denied!)

battlefield 2 was a bugfest reportedly.

This is EA we're talking about. Chances of this coming out been a quality polished game is nil. $20 bet when the game is released they will be a patch to go along with it simultaneously.

Yeah, it's not due out on 360/PS3 until the end of the month. Maybe he was confused about the popularity (not sales) of Battlefield Heroes?

BF games have also never really been taken seriously by gamers (online hardcore gamers) it's more spam fest and there's so many glitches and shit it makes it hard to take it seriously.

BF1942 was fun, but that's where it ended for me.

BF:BC on the PS3 was fun (played the demo for 15 minutes) and the destructible environments (finally) give it a fresh (and much needed) play.

Who gives a shit about 'hardcore gamers' though? BF1942 and BF2 are some of the best times in gaming that i've experienced, despite the huge amounts of bugs and glitches, and they're both still filling up servers.

I wonder if it will happen again...

Loved BF2, to bits, 1942 desert combat, omfg, back in the day...

I just hope this isn't another COD4 with regard to the lacklustre maps and content.
