Exactly. It's statpadding for Javelins/AA. Pilots aren't rewarded for doing their job, even if they're good at it, because they get no time to leave dogfights and engage ground targets.

Exactly this. Not sure why the instant vehicle servers are so common/popular, unless you're in the aa. Even tanks get back into the action far too quickly, even if they've gotta drive across the larger maps.

I've been given the excuse, "It's a vehicle map" when I cursed the instant vehicle spawn for getting butthurt by the same pilot I'd just shot down 20 seconds ago, but really, which map "needs vehicles" once you've made the distance from base to cap points? With all the cap points so close, you can easily traverse the distance on foot.

Had a great round on Oman last night. Not because I did well but because I pissed off the other team good and proper. I was constantly picking off everyone outside of vehicles. I was doing it from the roof of the smaller building at E. By about 20 mins in I had LAVs and tanks circling and firing at me while I was prone in the middle safe and sound.

BF3 is gay as now. Couldn't find a game on GA servers that wasn't 64 player Metro... can't believe dick heads are still playing that tripe.

I have a zero DLC policy so I'm kinda limited there too. Dreaming if they think im paying 60% of what I paid for the full game just for a couple of maps.

Amen, I hate being the chump setting up SOFLAMs and nobody bothers to take advantage of them. Likewise I hate being the MAV guy helping spot enemies for the helis or tanks because you get fuck all points and nobody seems to give a shit about your role (even though you are very much helping your team get an edge)... For example the other evening we had a skilled heli pilot and gunner and both were doing *really* well and I was getting tonnes of assists but fuck all points for it. No wonder few people bother with the MAV.

Also, if you have the SOFLAM in your gadget box does it some how work inside tanks? Last night it seemed I was able to SOFLAM enemies when sitting in the gunners seat of tank and my driver had guided missiles/rockets (!) on his tank!

When you have SOFLAM or Javelin equipped it always shows other laser designated targets.

Zudem beinhaltet es den Support für die kommende "Ivy Bridge" Produktlinie von Intel und Performance Verbesserungen auf AMD Radeon 7xxx Grafikkarten.

Liste der Fixes:

· Unterstützung für für die kommende "Ivy Bridge" Produktlinie von Intel
· Fixes für zwei reproduzierbare Abstürze bei Operation Firestorm und Noshar Kanäle
· Performance Verbesserung bei AMD Radeon 7xxx Grafikkarten

Das Update wird am Dienstag den 14. Februar via Origin Download erscheinen.
