I don't hae BC2: Vietname, do you have to launch the game seperately, or will it run through normal BC2. If I have to launch the expansion seperate to the game, that'll suck :/

Same game. Just click Vietnam when in BC2 and it switches over.

I hope the Back to Karkand isn't separate and the maps just get put in rotation on all servers. If you don't have them, u just get booted.

One of the (only) things I hate about Dice is their insistence on unlockable guns and perks after weeks and months of gameplay.

I simply don't get enough time to play BFBC2 as much as I'd like to, so my unlocks are pretty poor - still.

That means I'm still being owned with my pathetic ammo and base weapons.

An ideal solution would be to accelerate your points monthly, just to give people who can't play every sodding night a chance.

I mean, I've paid for the thing, and I'm being hamstrung by not playing it enough.

At the end of the day, I don't think ammo types or different weapons give you any advantadge.
In many occasions, I can dominate with just a pistol against someone with a Shotgun with magnum ammo. Or a knife against an RPG. There is no difference. Every weapons has its pros and cons.

I'm in the same boat, I've had BC2 for a whole now, I still haven't unlocked everything. And when I do unlock things doesn't mean I will only use that new weapon for that class. I still use the SCAR when I play engineer and its the default gun. It dominates in my eyes. I guess u just get used to a weapon.

Each to their own I guess.

Bah, hate DLC. Why don't they just include it in the game in the first place, and actually make some *gasp* NEW content for DLC some time after launch...

Day one DLC/with pre orders just shits me. As does vendor-exclusive weapons (remembers MOH with the M60 you could only get from gamestop/EB)
