Default Can I use my 32bit XP Pro Serial to install a 64bit version?

I've currently got 32bit XP Pro installed on my PC.

I'm going to be upgrading my RAM real soon and since it's so dirt cheap these days I'm considering 8GB.

If I get my hands on a 64bit XP Pro CD is there any issues with using my current Serial to install it? Or do they require a different SK?

Cheers.
