Is it worth buying a SATA3 card to speed up my ssd on the old Intel P965+ ICH8R chipset sata2 board? What would be a good pcie card?

Considering my M4 does 800+ yes!, ..however, just how well do these cards perform?? I'd look into it. I did, a few months ago, but now I forget what my research concluded lol

SSD are light years faster than a mechanical drive so really, as long as you have one you're at advantage. Don't you find just doing stuff in Windows is quicker? Decreased boot times? Games load quicker?

no trim..1+ year later...
