Well once again the person I was dealing with was very helpful.

Put the refund through on the phone and put through another order for a 2711.



Hope its right this time..

Well if its like my (4) attempts with dell previously to cancel orders.

Expect to recieve both, and be charged for both.

You can just call them and tell them they screwed up, and arrange to have one picked up. You won't be charged since it's their mistake. Just go dual screens for 21 days or whatever their return/satisfaction policy allows

Having an arrow in the "with local courier" means that it's getting delivered to the courier or is it already at the courier?

Because in the last 3 or so hours it went from an arrow in the manufacturing build complete field to an arrow in the "with local courier"

So I'm guessing tomorrow or wednesday delivery even tho their eta is 6th of July...

received a call from dell today. 2 calls coz of my 2 separate orders (U2711 & u2410). delivery: wednesday between 12-5pm

i ordered off the business store.

Well that was fun. Im sure Dell made a tonne of cash even though most people used the 15% coupon as well. Great deal from Dell for a great monitor, they have gained a new fan of their products now
