Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme and a case with decent airflow (1200 should do). Otherwise look into the Thermalright AXP140 (you'll need the 1366 backplate though):

Yes, I will be overclocking if the cooling system can handle it.

I have a pretty similar set up, can easily reach 4ghz within a safe temperature range with Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, need a 1366 backplate as well (you can buy it in a pack)

IIRC full load @ 4ghz reached about 70 degrees

EDIT: I sort of wish I bought the Corsair H50, however I've not really done much reading on it, think I will wait for a full water system.

so you go with teh black version to look cool, then you put pink and brown fans on it?

remmeber P12's arent quiet, no matter how many ppl tell you theyre quiet, they arent (at full speed).

Huh? Quiet as in you cant hear it much, realising you would always be able to hear a fan. But a noise level that on maximum setting it wont bug the crap out of you. A soft hum is fine, but if you can hear it clearly when your not near it then its too loud. Catch my drift?...
