Default Real estate redesign

Doing a redesign for a friends firm. Their logo is pretty dated unfortunately. Constructive criticism/feedback very much welcome!

definitely needs an update, i like how you incorporated the original signpost design for the new one, looks much more modern and IMHO catches your eye more.

i would say get rid of the old logo, it looks out of place there.

great work though

there would be much more chance of my using a company with the new site than the old

Yea, may ditch the old logo, or at least change the opacity so it isn't so overbearing. Their colour scheme is completely off, that disgusting teal with the bright read. I compromised with blue and red and having the essence of the logo still preserved with the sign post up the top.

Looking forward to showing them.

Looks fine except that the text on the street signs is at the wrong angle on a few of them, and are the letters intentionally out of place?

Is it an optical illusion due to the angle, or are the signs sort of bent? The text doesn't seem to be completley straight either, and doesn't perfectly match the signs angle... It is sorta killing the whole design for me.

The idea of using street signs is good though.

Yeah the stree signs need to be re done, good idea just doesn't work at taht angle.

Also some of the text in the street signs isn't even straight?? I mean one letter is higher and the next letter is lower? Just look at the words contact us.

Other than that smalls tuff good design man.
