Default Upgrading the ASUS A8S

G'day guys i have an Asus A8S looking to get abit more out of it upgrading the ram and hard drive to ssd and to windows 7.

With the ram standard it is DDR2 667 MHz SDRAM, 2 x SODIMM socket for expansion up to 4GB SDRAM

which one will suit better

Corsair 4GB(2x2G) KIT PC-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SODIMM RAM

Corsair 4GB(2x2G) KIT PC-6400 (800MHz) DDR2 SODIMM RAM

Kingston 4G(2x2G) 667MHz DDR2 SODIMM

Kingston 2G 800MHz DDR2 SODIMM x2

im hoping to getting 2 of the last ones as it will work out cheaper thoughts ?

Standard OS was 32bit vista biz gonna swap to win 7 home premium should i stick with 32 bit or make jump to 64 bit.

Also with the 2.5" standard drive is it alright to rip that one out and put a ssd in there ?

Thanks

edit actually just came across this

GSKILL 2gig PC2-5300 DDR2 667Mhz SO-Dimm Model: F2-5300CL5S-2GBSA $45 might get to of those.
